Starflower/borage oil is a mixture of mainly mono- and poly-unsaturated oils, of which, one of the richest known sources of GLA. (Approximately 50 % more than an equivalent dose of evening primrose oil).
Cold pressed with 22% GLA. In vegetarian capsules.
Directions:
One capsule morning, noon and evenings during meals with a large glass of water The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. Please consult your doctor if undertaking Epilepsy treatment.
