This is a delightfully lemon tasting, clean, stable, whole body fish oil, ideal for providing omega 3 fatty acid nutrition.Recommended Adult Intake: - One teaspoon (5ml) per day, or as directed by a practitioner. (Avoid if there is any deficiency of the liver or if you are taking antithrombotic drugs (eg Warfarin or Heparin) consult your doctor first.)
